We strongly recommend that you seek references for each permanent employee engaged to guarantee their credibility.  We can do this on your behalf on request.  We can also offer DBS checking services, if relevant for the post.

We’ll support you right through to the final stages of the hiring process, ensuring that you secure your new hire in your ideal timescales and at the right salary level.

Step 9.  Aftercare

We will keep in touch with you and your new hire in those first crucial weeks to ensure continued success.

We offer a 3 month guarantee period for every permanent placement.  In the unlikely event that the hire is unsuccessful, we will replace the candidate at no extra charge, and if we cant find someone right for you, you will qualify for a 100% rebate in line with our Terms of Business.

You will only be invoiced once an appointment has been made.  If there is no hire, then there will be no fee – it really is that simple.
