In order to display the REC logo and remain members of this leading trade body, members must pass a compliance test every two years. This demonstrates they meet the high standards required and operate in accordance with the 10 principles contained within the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.
As members of REC since 2002, this code demonstrates Supertemps and S2 Recruitment’s commitment to the highest operating standards, and far exceeds merely meeting statutory obligations.
Members must exceed the 75% pass rate and failure to answer a single “red flag” question correctly will leave membership in question.
